VASCULAR AND ABDOMINAL ULTRASOUND SCREENINGS

On Tuesday, May 23, Thursday, May 25, and Friday, May 26, Rightway Imaging will be bringing its mobile unit to St. Michael Catholic Church to perform 10 vascular and abdominal ultrasound screenings which are non-invasive and PAINLESS.

They will be screening:

• Carotid Arteries on both sides of the neck checking for fatty plaque build-up and blockage. THIS IS THE #1 CAUSE OF STROKE!
• Thyroid for cysts, masses and unusual growth WHICH IS VERY COMMON AMONG WOMEN.
• Lower Abdominal Aorta for aneurysms WHICH CAN GO UNNOTICED UNTIL THE POINT OF RUPTURE.
• Liver, Spleen, Gallbladder, and both Kidneys for cysts, masses, unusual growth, kidney stones and gallstones. WHICH CAN GO UNNOTICED UNTIL PAIN BEGINS AND CAN BE A GOOD INDICATOR OF FUTURE ISSUES OF THE BODY.
• And they will be offering an Electrocardiogram, monitoring heart activity for Afibulation, and they will offer a Blood Oxygen Level screening.

These are tests that are NOT performed on routine physicals, nor will insurance companies pay for them unless you are symptomatic.  In a hospital, these tests could costs THOUSANDS collectively.  They will offer these test for $45 each, or all 10 screenings for $179.00, which is less than $18 per test.
