Catholics Care. Catholics Vote.
As Catholics, it is our responsibility to participate in the civic square: To engage in the processes at the local, state and national levels that determines how our towns, state and nation are governed.
The staffs of the diocesan web site and the North Texas Catholic News Magazine have created a variety of resources to assist Catholics of the Diocese of Fort Worth by applying Catholic Social Teaching to determine who to vote in the upcoming election, what the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishop describe as “Faithful Citizenship.” The information includes columns by Bishop Michael Olson who explains why it is our moral responsibility to participate in the electoral process.
The resources are at: https://fwdioc.org/faithful-citizenship-for-all-catholics
Please exercise your civic duty to vote in the upcoming elections.
