Advent Offers Us a Wonderful Time to Refocus and Prepare
It’s a feeling with which we’re all familiar — the hustle and bustle of the holiday season. Whether you’re searching for the perfect gift or baking plenty of Christmas pastries, it can be easy to forget the true meaning of this holy season. Here at St. Michael, we hope that our parishioners will take a moment to slow down, and focus on what really matters. During this season of anticipation, our parish will offer Community Reconciliation Service, on Tuesday, December 17 at 7 p.m., in the Church. Parishioners are invited to participate.
“In order to have a peaceful and beautiful Christmas, we have to be peaceful within ourselves and in our relationship with God. Reconciliation is a beautiful way to obtain that peace.”
Joanne Werner, Director of Liturgy.
