Altar Servers

Altar servers at St. Michael Catholic Church are know as Knights of the Altar.

This ministry is open to young men who have made their First Communion through college age.

Readers

Readers are specially trained parishioners who  are fully initiated and practicing their Catholic faith. Parishoners who meet this criteria are welcome to join this ministry.

Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion

Extra Ordinary Ministers of Holy Communion are specially trained parishioners who  are fully initiated and practicing Catholics.

Greeters

Greeters are the Ministers of Hospitality.

This ministry is open to parishoners at least 16-yrs old, practicing Catholics, and member of our parish.

Altar Linens

The Linen Ministry consists of parish volunteers who wash, iron, and fold the linens used during Mass. All are welcome to join this ministry.

Funeral Ministry

This ministry is a group of parishioners who give of their time to host receptions in the Great Hall following funeral services.  All are welcome to join this ministry.

Sacristan

This ministry prepares the physical objects needed to celebrate the Mass. Catholics who are confirmed and aged 18-yrs or older are welcome to be a part of this ministry.

Ushers

Ushers serve the assembly in many ways. They bring a sense of community and are church builders.

Wedding Ministry

This ministry is a group of volunteers  who assist the engaged couple in planning a liturgical wedding in the sacred place of the church.

Liturgical Environment

This ministry of parishioners serve the church as they provide the seasonal décor in the church that enhances parishioners’ worship experience.
