Wedding Music Selection Form

Congratulations on your upcoming nuptials at St. Michael's Catholic Church! The music staff looks forward to assisting you in your musical planning for this sacred liturgy. A reminder of some of our music policies as stated in the Marriage Guidelines:

• Music for weddings must be selected from the pre-approved list. 
• St. Michael Catholic Church staff organists and singers will provide the music for weddings.
• Additional instrumentalists will incur a separate fee and must be approved by the Director of Music.
• Fees for Musicians are: $250 for the organist and $125 for the cantor.
• Printed liturgy guides (programs) will be provided by the parish.

Please complete and submit this form no later than 3 months prior to your wedding date.
