This is a Service Project to Promote Catholic Singles United (CSU).

It’s that time of the year, Stewardship Renewal!  The Ministry Fair is February 8 and 9th.  We need to make sure our table display is ready by then.  There will be a breakfast February 9 at 9:00 am and time afterwards to decorate the table.  

One (1) or two (2) volunteers are needed, from the CSU-Planning Committee, to staff our table after every mass (Sat. 6:00 pm, Sunday 7:30 am, 9:00 am, 11:00 am, 1:00 pm, and 5:00 pm).  We need two CSU Planners to represent CSU at the breakfast which is held Saturday, Feb. 8 at 9am – noon. 

Each volunteer time slot takes about 15-20 minutes (that's It)!

Important things to remember:

• The Ministry Fair is not the time to sign up new members.  This event is to provide information only, to “meet and greet”.  Direct parishioners to sign-up for our ministry using the Commitment Card included in the Stewardship Renewal packet mailed to them or pick one up at the Stewardship Council Table on the stage.
• Please sign-in every time you work a table.  The sign-in binder will be on a table on the stage in the Great Hall and someone will be manning that table at each Mass. It is very important that you sign in because it shows the representation each Ministry had at the Fair.
• If you are working a table and will be attending Mass, we ask that you come in before Mass, sign in and grab a name tag, then come back to the Great Hall immediately after communion so you can be at your table before parishioners start to arrive.
• Hospitality will be serving refreshments after all Masses during the Ministry Fair.
