We reach out to those in our community who are in need, as Jesus did when he alleviated the pain and distress of the poor and of those who suffer injustice. The social outreach ministry takes care of the basic needs of the person and works in conjunction with other entities to improve the lives of those we serve.
The pastoral care ministry focuses on the healing, sustaining, guiding, and reconciling of the sick, homebound, aging and those who suffer an emotional or spiritual struggle. Through the caring action of our ministries, God’s grace becomes visible to all of those who receive our ministry.
