Teens Living in Christ
TLC is made up of 7th-12th graders who gather on Sunday evenings following the 5:00 p.m. Mass. TLC focuses on meeting the needs of young people through formation, prayer, activities, service opportunities, and social events. Teens are supported and strengthened to discover the unique talents God has given them to build a youth-friendly community. The Sunday evening gatherings also have time set aside for religious education in classroom/small group settings. St. Michael Youth Ministry, TLC, Team Leaders/Committee members help to plan and execute special events, plan class agendas, and organize service opportunities under the supervision of the Coordinator of Youth Ministry.

Confirmation
Confirmation is a sacramental preparation program for young people who have reached the age of 15 years or older. Through the process of the program, the candidate will experience his/her faith development and understanding of the Catholic faith. The formation process emphasizes growth in faith through prayer life and service to those in need as well as activities in the community, family life, and social life. By the end of the program candidates will come forward to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation in a Mass, publicly acknowledging their faith and their desire to continue to live a life of faith as disciples of Christ. Classes take place on either Wednesdays or Sundays. Volunteers who are interested in working with teens and learning (or relearning) their faith are invited to help as catechists.

Quinceañera Preparation
The Quinceañera ministry prepares young people to celebrate the sacramental life through a quinceañera. Young people come to celebrate life by giving thanks to God and acknowledging that they are past childhood and on their way to becoming adults. They spend time together reflecting on the significance of this cultural rite of passage through five sessions in which they study the religious and social components of this celebration. The week before their celebration, they are joined in reflection by immediate family members for a two-hour family retreat. Volunteers who are interested in working with young people to celebrate this cultural rite of passage are invited to help as catechists, ushers, and role models.
