Elementary Religious Ed (PreK-6)
Elementary Religious Education at St. Michael is both family and community based. We offer classroom instruction, as well as opportunities for the whole family to become involved in catechesis, outreach, and community building. We offer a school year option and a 2-week summer option. Catechists and support staff are needed.

PALS (Partners In Assisting Little Souls)
Intergenerational Parish/Home program K-6th Grade
Families complete lessons at home and gather at the church once a month for fun, creative learning experiences and a meal. Nursery is available for younger siblings. Our goal is to provide parents with the knowledge and skills for sharing faith at home. PALS meets in the Great Hall from 10:15 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. mainly on the first Sunday morning of the month beginning in September and ending in April. Families will be able to either begin with Mass as a family at 9:00 a.m. or end with Mass as a family at 1:00 p.m. During the remaining weeks of the month, the families are involved in a home study program. Our 2009-2010 theme is titled “We Believe in God”. We need assistance from our parishioners and Catechists to make this a successful program. There are many ways in which you can help: Hospitality Team (welcome and kitchen crews), Master of Ceremonies, Teaching Team (team to plan sessions, craft team) and Prayer & Music Team.

Parents and children attend Saturday sessions to learn more about the sacraments and to become aware of ways in which they can live their Faith.
